Connie Strauss joined the Pindito Team in February 2009. Since then the Dive team has been enriched with her sparkling enthusiasm. Interested in language, she has skills in German, English, French, Italian, Spanish and Indonesian and loves to communicate! Originally from the Lake of Constance (Bodensee) in southern Germany, she worked for many years for Carharrt Streetwear in Germany and Switzerland, but in 2005 she decided to travel Asia and here she found a new home.

Connie has been diving since 2005 and became a dive Instructor 2007 on Gili Trawangan in Lombok, where she taught for 2 years and enjoyed introducing new divers to the wonderful underwater world. Diving remains as exciting as it was on her first ever dive. Through her experience as an instructor safety is important for her but she is really in her element combing through the reef and showing you the tiniest critters.
